Systematic and structured approach to review the performance of your team members. The model has a performance and a trend axis to evaluate all team members and monitor their progress and development over time.

The PowerPoint Template is 100% editable. Slide 1 shows the empty tool, Slide 2 shows an example of the applied tool. This tool is my first template on leadership development.

The tool is designed for running effective board meetings. Otherwise, I can be a useful tool for all team leads to review and manage the development of their team.
