Video Tutorial:

The model flows in a 'most important to least important' flow for ease of use. You will have assumptions for sensitivity of primary revenue drivers, platform service fees (%), exit valuation method, capital requirements, and any financing if applicable.

The most helpful part about this tool is the ability to adjust the projections based on expected average interest rates per a band of risk grades as well as the average loan amount and loans settled per risk grade. You will also have the ability to adjust the % of loans that fall into up to 4 terms. I filled in 3/6/9/12 month terms for demonstration purposes.

Visuals and summaries will take the resulting monthly/annual pro formas that come out of the assumptions and show you the high level metrics of your business case. There is a nice area for returns on the executive summary to show IRR, ROI, cash requirements, and a discounted cash flow valuation.

Attached to this tool is a brilliant tutorial video with the capability of adding bookmarks. This allows the user to easily save the points in the video that they feel are important or require special attention, for example.
