Begin by entering your trainee list and department details. Define training locations as "Indoor/Outdoor" 1." Record program specifics, including the trainer's name, program details, training hours, and cost per trainee.
Your Validations directly influences the Data source, providing dropdown lists for data entry. Switch to the Data sheet to input event details, with some data requiring manual entry and others via dropdown lists. Note that gray cells contain calculations, and only white cells are for data and dropdown selection. Update charts through keyborad shortcut key and access a skill matrix for comprehensive analysis.
